Born in Bronx, New York, she lived in Brooklyn before moving to Manalapan 51 years ago.
She was a Teacher's Aide for Special education in the Manalapan-Englishtown School District for over 40 years retiring in 2007.
She enjoyed playing Mah Jong, visiting Atlantic City and a belonging to the "Johnny Mathis " Fan Club.
Joan is survived by her devoted children: son Harry (Pamela) Reding; and daughter Deborah Reding and her adored grandchildren Lindsay and Daniel.
Joan was preceded in death by her husband; Burton (October, 1996).
Funeral services for Joan will be held Wednesday, June 27, 2018 11:00 AM at Floral Park Cemetery, 104 Deans-Rhode Hall Road, Deans, NJ .
The Period of Mourning will be observed at the residence of Harry and Pamela Reding on Wednesday from 1:00 pm to 4:00 p.m. also 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
