Beloved husband and devoted father
John Huber, 90, of Monroe Township, N.J., passed away on Saturday, March 5, 2022.
John was born on July 24, 1931 in New York City, N.Y. He lived in Monsey, N.Y. and Mahwah, N.J., before coming to Monroe Township 25 years ago.
John served in the United States Army during the Korean War. He worked in the hotel business in New York City for most of his life before retiring and becoming the owner of a wine and liquor store in Rockland County, N.Y.
John was predeceased by his wife Natalie in 2019.
John is survived by his devoted children: son, Steven Huber, Manalapan, N.J.; daughter, Steffi Huber-Porpora (John Porpora), Manalapan, N.J.; stepdaughter, Marilyn Rifkin, Yonkers, N.Y.; son, Charles Huber, Fruitland Park, FL., and cherished grandchildren: grandson, Matthew Porpora and granddaughter, Julia Porpora.
Funeral services will occur at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, March 8, 2022 at the Marlboro Memorial Cemetery Mausoleum, 361 Hwy. 79, Marlboro, N.J. 07746. Entombment will follow.
