Louis Joseph Tavalare, age 71, a longtime resident of Staten Island, passed away on Saturday, January 9, 2021. He was born February 3, 1949 in Brooklyn, New York to Nunzio and Florence Tavalare.

Big Lou3is Tavalare is survived by his son Christopher Tavalare; son Joseph Tavalare; brother Michael Tavalare; brother Richard Tavalare and his wife Helen; and sister Nancy Bertelle.

A visitation will be held Tuesday, January 12, 2021 at 11:00 AM at Bloomfield-Cooper Jewish Chapels, 44 Wilson Avenue, Manalapan, New Jersey 07726 immediately followed by a committal at Marlboro Memorial Cemetery, Route 79, Marlboro, New Jersey 07746.
