Michael Gary Beck, age 74, of Monroe Township, New Jersey passed away on Wednesday, January 20, 2021 after a long battle with COVID. Michael was born February 14, 1946 in Union, New Jersey. He grew up in Linden where he lived until meeting the love of his life wife, Isa.
Michael and Isa were married for 52 blessed years where they raised two children, Jason and Melissa and witnessed the birth of his two grandchildren, Jacob and Benjamin. His greatest loves were his family and friends. He always made time for his family, especially his grandsons. He had an enormous heart and was extremely generous. He was a lover of the animals the arts, Yankee Baseball and racket ball, both of which he played with his son, Jason.
Michael was a world traveler and especially enjoyed sharing his many journeys with family and friends.
Michael was a Rutgers University graduate and an accountant. He was co-owner of his firm Neidich and Company which he worked at for the past 56 years up until his passing.
Michael is survived by his spouse, Isa Beck; daughter Melissa Beck (Joseph Albanese); and son Jason Beck (Heidi Lemack); Thomas Beck Brother (Martine Cohen); Gloria Beck Sister; Aviva Sturm, sister-in-law(Alan Sturm) and grandchildren Jacob, and Benjamin Callanan.
Due to Covid, a private funeral service for Michael will be held Friday, January 22, 2021 at 2:00 PM
In lieu of flowers donations maybe made to Jewish Family Services of Central Jersey in Elizabeth.
