She was born and raised in Forest Hills, Queens. In 1985, she moved to Monroe, New Jersey and lived there until 2017. Later, Noreen and her husband Jack moved to Jackson, New Jersey.
Prior to retiring, Mrs. Lubin was an elementary school teacher in Monroe Township for many years. She earned her Bachelor's and Master's degrees from Queens College in Flushing, New York.
Noreen enjoyed music, shopping, exercising, political T.V. shows, going to the movies, dining out, traveling, and spending quality time with her friends and family.
Surviving are her husband Jack, her son Lance, her two granddaughters Hannah Rose and Grace Isabel, and her sister Helene (Silverberg) VerStandig and her husband John.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, November 9, 2021 at 11:00am at Bloomfield-Cooper Jewish Chapels, 44 Wilson Avenue, Manalapan, New Jersey 07726 followed by interment at Mount Sinai Cemetery, Route 79, Marlboro, New Jersey 07751.
