Philip Singer, 83, of Monroe passed away on September 27, 2017Funeral Services will be held at the Mt. Sinai Mausoleum, Route 79, Marlboro, NJ, on Thursday, September 28, 2017 at 11:00 am. Entombment will follow after the service. Memorial Donations may be made to the Charity of your Choice. The family will be sitting shiva at their residence on Thursday after the Funeral, Friday from 12-3pm, and Sunday from 1-8pm.
