Born in Potok, Poland, he immigrated to the United States in 1951 to the Bronx, NY. He resided in the Bronx, NY, Brooklyn, NY, Staten Island, NY, and Monroe Township, NJ before moving to Hollywood Beach, FL. He is a holocaust survivor.
Ralph was the owner/operator of several supermarkets in Brooklyn and Queens, NY and he was also a successful builder and developer in Staten Island, NY
Surviving is his wife Rachel of 64 years, his sons Harold and his wife Lori, Allen and his wife Mindy, and Leo and his wife Ellen and his grandchildren Stefanie, Jeremy, Carly, Casey, Daniel, Maxwell and Benjamin.
Ralph was predeceased by his brothers Murray and Abraham.
Graveside service for Ralph will be held Thursday, June 5, 2025 at 11:00 AM at Beth Israel Cemetery, 1075 Woodbridge Dr, Woodbridge, NJ.
Shiva will be held at the Grafstein home on Thursday, June 5, 2025 from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Friday, June 6, 2025 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Sunday, June 8, 2025 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Monday, June 9, 2025 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Tuesday, June 10, 2025 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
