Sad day, a person of outstanding character the world has lost. I will deeply miss our conversations, as Rich helped me start my recovery with PTSD, and became a friend in the process. I will miss him dearly.

Richie was a good friend who was also a mentor to me while working the streets in New Brunswick together on fellow Police Depts. He was also responsible for introducing me as a volunteer for the Cop to Cop program. We were going hang out a bit next week, but I just found out he passed. He thoroughly encouraged me to work with Cop 2 Cop. I will follow his advise and will very much miss him.

Let the eternal light always burn for Seth and Richard.  Thank you for coming into my life my love.  You will always be forever with me.

I just heard the sad news of your passing.  It was a privilege meeting you and sharing our stories as Gold Star Family members.  Bless you for all the good work you have done especially on behalf of your son Seth with the GI GO Fund and your counseling work for Vets.  Way to go and on behalf of the Marciante Family we'll miss you.  Rest in peace sir.

RIP RICHARD...A GOOD MAN WHO LEFT US TOO EARLY

Just speaking to you last Thursday it comes as a complete shock. Love you brother Richie, a big man with a bigger heart.And I know you will be looking down and still watching over us.

Unfortunately we've lost a good friend and comrade. Rich was always there to help and will be greatly missed. Rest in peace and as always Welcome Home!

Rich loves all types of people and loves to talk.  He did so much good all around.
I will truly miss him.

Rich joined a group of old friends for lunch several times a year.  Those luncheons will never be the same again without his presence and without his unique wit.  We will miss him.

I shall miss you greatly! You were like my 2nd Dad & Mentor to me.
