

Roberta A. Brackett, 59, of Goffstown died February 13, 2011 at Catholic Medical Center following a sudden illness. She was born in Manchester on August 25, 1951, the daughter of the late Robert J. Dubois Sr. and Irene (Desisle) Dubois.
She was raised in Manchester and had lived in the area all of her life. A disability forced her early retirement. Roberta served as president of the Jutras Post Women’s Auxiliary where she worked tirelessly in fundraising for scholarships, veterans’ activities and the Manchester World War II Memorial. She was an avid dart player and was a member of the Fabulous Mess Ups dart team. She loved gardening, sewing and making chocolates.
A cherished grandmother, she devoted countless hours to the care of her three grandchildren. Her presence will be missed by her family and friends.
She is survived by two daughters, Celeste Molan and her husband Kevin of Goffstown and Michelle Magarian and her husband Marc of Goffstown; three grandchildren, Marissa Magarian, Kaylee Molan and Erin Molan all of Goffstown; her mother Irene Dubois of Goffstown; two sisters, Diana Dube of Allenstown and Sandra Croto of Manchester; two brothers, Robert Dubois Jr. and James Dubois, both of Manchester; nieces, nephews and cousins.
There were no calling hours. A Memorial Mass was celebrated on Friday at Noon in St. Anne-St. Augustin Church, 382 Beech St., Manchester. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Jutras Post Women’s Auxiliary Roberta Brackett Scholarship Fund, 56 Boutwell St., Manchester NH 03102.
