Carl ( Boshe) Ferrari, 80, of Ft. Myers, Florida and Manchester, New Jersey passed peacefully on September 29, 2023, surrounded by his loving family. Carl was born in Union City, NJ on April 24, 1943 to Elsie and Eugene Ferrari. He attended Emerson High School where he played football and made lifelong friends. He later moved to Greenwood Lake, NY and West Milford, NJ where he raised his family.
Carl enjoyed his Harley Davidson, his Cadillacs, and boating on the lake. He was an exceptional cook, an avid tennis player, and enjoyed golfing with his friends. He especially loved sitting by the pool working on his tan.
Carl is survived by his wife, Joyce, his daughter Melissa Ferrari, his son, Gene Ferrari and his wife Lynn Ferrari and his daughter Carla Ferrari and her fiancé Eddie LaMotte. He was the proud grandfather of Nick, Jules, Jake and Luke. And not to be forgotten, his dog Sonny. A memorial gathering will be held on Saturday October 7, 2023, at the Anderson & Campbell Funeral Home, 3010 Ridgeway Road, Manchester, NJ 08759, from 12-2 pm, with a service to take place at 1:45 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Carl's memory to the St. Jude's Children Research Hospital or the Ocean County Animal Shelter.
