Celia Lillian Guerrieri (born 2/6/1945), devout Catholic and beloved widow of Samuel Guerrieri, joined him in eternal peace in the early morning hours of Christmas Eve- December 24, 2025, at the age of 80. Celia grew up in Union City, and lived in Bergenfield and Ringwood before residing in the Renaissance in Manchester, New Jersey. She worked as a credit manager for high-end shoe companies, including Chang Imports and Charles Jourdan. She enjoyed playing cards, bowling, and reading. She had stacks of Reader’s Digest condensed books and read every Robert Ludlum novel ever written. And she was an avid sports fan- you could find her camped in front of the TV for every Mets, Rangers, and Giants game. But what she loved the most was spending time with her family, truly. Being a mother and grandmother brought her immense joy.
A visitation for family and friends will take place on January 10, 2026, from 10:00 am to 11:30 am, with a funeral service to start at 11:30 am, at the Anderson & Campbell Funeral Home, 3010 Ridgeway Road, Manchester, NJ 08759.
Entombment will immediately follow on the same day at the Whiting Memorial Park, Whiting, NJ.
