Colleen M. Phillips, age 68, passed away on February 9, 2026. She was born in Orange, NJ, and was a lifelong resident of Bloomfield, NJ, and graduated from Bloomfield High School. Colleen was a sweet soul and enjoyed playing Bingo and listening to music. But what Colleen enjoyed the most was spending time with her loving family.
Colleen was predeceased by her parents, Arthur and Catherine Lape, and her brothers, Artie and Paul Lape. She is survived by her siblings; Judy Hemmer and her husband George, Robin Grasso and her husband Antonio, Gordon Cordasco and Joe Lape and his wife, Catherine Lape. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and grand nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Saturday, February 21, 2026, at 11:30 am, at Saint Peter's Church, 406 Forman Avenue, Point Pleasant Avenue, Point Pleasant Boro, NJ 08742.
