

With heavy hearts, we share the passing of Deborah Ann Fritze, a truly remarkable woman whose strength, resilience, and love touched everyone who knew her. Debbie, age 72, was born on November 25, 1953, and passed away on April 4, 2026. A resident of Manchester, New Jersey, she was a kind-hearted, gentle, selfless, and inspirational presence to all who had the privilege of knowing her.
After enduring more than her share of life’s challenges with quiet courage and unwavering grace, Debbie has finally found peace. Her journey was marked not only by hardship, but by extraordinary perseverance, deep compassion, and a spirit that refused to be broken. Even in her most difficult moments, she continued to give love freely—offering comfort, laughter, and warmth to those around her.
Debbie was the heart of her family—a devoted wife of 46 years, a loving mother, and a proud grandmother. Her marriage reflected a deep and enduring commitment, and her family was always at the center of her life. She found joy in life’s simple moments, especially reading mystery novels, and was known for her strong work ethic and willingness to always do what needed to be done.
To know Debbie was to love her. She had a way of making others feel seen, supported, and cared for. Her quiet strength spoke volumes, inspiring all who were fortunate enough to witness it. Her grandchildren, who were the joys of her life, brought her immeasurable happiness and pride.
Debbie is survived by her beloved husband, John Fritze; her children, Frank Fritze and his wife Jaime, Tia Lyn Ghione and her husband Carlo, and Kimberly Testa and her husband Alan; her cherished grandchildren, Kimberly, Lillian, and Louis Joseph; and her mother-in-law, Audrey Cummings. She was predeceased by her parents, Joseph and Lillian Mascola, and her father-in-law, Westney Cummings.
Though her absence leaves an unimaginable void, we find comfort in knowing she is no longer suffering and is finally at rest. Debbie’s legacy is one of strength, love, warmth, and quiet generosity—a legacy that will live on in the hearts of her family and all who knew her.
She will be deeply missed, forever loved, and never forgotten.
