Dorothy "Dottie" J. Brennan

Born in Orange, N.J., Dottie grew up in Newark, N.J. before moving to Manchester, N.J., where she lived for the past 43 years. Dottie found her occupational calling as a Nursing Home Activities Director. She was joyfully known in her professional community through the moniker "Hello Dolly" as she proudly brought wonder and happiness to those she served. Dottie voraciously loved her friends and family and took pride in the accomplishments of her children and grandchildren. She was a parishioner of St. John's in Lakehurst.

She was predeceased by her parents, Charles and Marie Frazer; and sister, Lee DeFronzo. Surviving are her sons and daughters-in-law, John and Robyn of Flemington, N.J., Brian and Hailey of Columbus, N.J., and her daughter, Erin and her husband, Alberto "Rocky" Roque, of Forked River, N.J. She also leaves her sister Phyllis of Monteverde, Florida, and many nieces, nephews and cousins. She particularly loved boasting about her grandchildren: Ally, Maddy, Natalie, Gabby, Logan, Kyle and Colin. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her name to the AristaCare Activities Department on 23 Schoolhouse Road Whiting, NJ 08759 or St Judes Children’s Hospital.

Visiting will be Friday, February 7th from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Anderson & Campbell Funeral Home, 3010 Ridgeway Road, Manchester, NJ 08759. A Funeral Mass will be offered Saturday, 9:30 a.m. at St. John's Catholic Church in Lakehurst, N.J. Burial will follow at the Saint Mary of the Lake Cemetery in Lakewood.
