Jack Shenloogian, of Manchester, New Jersey, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family. A proud United States Air Force veteran, devoted husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and respected businessman, Jack lived a life defined by dedication to family, hard work, and loyalty.
Born to Nishan and Sarah (Nercessian) Shenloogian, Jack served honorably during the Korean War era and later earned his Bachelor of Science in Business from Fairleigh Dickinson University while working full time and raising a young family with his beloved wife, Mary.
Jack and Mary shared more than seventy years of marriage, raising their family in Jersey City and Edison, New Jersey, later enjoying years in Seaside Park and the Renaissance community in Manchester.
In his final days, despite his own declining health, Jack left the hospital to attend Mary’s wake, funeral Mass, burial, and family gathering — a final reflection of the deep devotion they shared throughout their lives together.
Jack was also predeceased by his son, Mark Shenloogian.
He is survived by his loving daughters: Sara Cielazewicz and her son Christopher Cielazewicz; Jacqueline Shenloogian and her son Jacob Greenberg; and Kim Manowitz and her husband Gary Manowitz, and their sons Jordan, Samuel, and Aaron Manowitz. He is also survived by his daughter-in-law, Pam Shenloogian, and her children Kayleigh and Zach Arneman (with his wife Alyssa). Jack was also the proud great-grandfather of Riley and Amelia Arneman.
Family and friends are invited to attend a visitation at Anderson & Campbell Funeral Home, 3010 Ridgeway Road, Manchester, NJ, on Thursday, May 14, 2026, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. John Catholic Church, 619 Chestnut Street, Lakehurst, NJ, on Friday, May 15, 2026, at 10 am. A committal service will immediately follow at Ocean County Memorial Park, 1722 Silverton Rd, Toms River, NJ 08753.
