Roger Frank Gibbs

Roger F. Gibbs, 81, of Manchester, NJ, passed away on November 26, 2014, with his devoted wife by his side. Born in Montclair, NJ, Roger resided in Jefferson Twp. for many years, then in Whiting for ten years, before moving to Manchester a month ago. He served in the US Navy during the Korean Conflict. Roger worked as an insurance inspector for several companies before owning his own, Langer & Associates Insurance Company. He was also a member of AACA, the Antique Automobile Club of America.

Roger is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Arvella (nee Jean Erno), from Boyne City, MI, his children Catherine Pallitta, of North Hampton, PA, Carla Sharp, of Sussex, NJ, Christina Nyari, of Corry, PA, Constance Richards, of Oakridge, NJ, Roger P. Gibbs, of Florida, and Candice Coston, Newton, NJ, his 13 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren, his two brothers Tom and Carl and his sister Helen Emire.

Service with Military Honors will be held on Wed. December 3, 2014 at 1 pm in the Chapel of the Brig. WC Doyle Veteran Memorial Cemetery, 350 Provinceline Road, Wrightstown, NJ 08562. Arrangements were handled by Anderson & Campbell Funeral Home, Manchester, NJ.
