

Rosemarie Jenik, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, peacefully passed away on September 17, 2024. Born in Newark on June 14, 1945, Rosemarie touched the lives of many with her kindness, generosity, and joyful spirit.
Rosemarie was the loving wife of George Jenik for 30 years, and their bond was a true testament to enduring love and commitment. She was a sister to Patrick Buttles and his wife Marie of Rochester, NY. Rosemarie leaves behind a legacy of love and warmth that will be deeply missed by her family and friends.
She was a devoted mother to Sam Gaccione III and his wife Rhonda, Michael Gaccione and his wife Rachel, Gary Gruber and his wife Nicole, Joe Jenik and his wife Robin, and daughter Janine Dunn and her husband Michael. Rosemarie's love extended to her grandchildren: Joseph Gaccione, Taylor Kelly, Kaitlyn Gruber, Jason Gaccione, Michael Gaccione Jr., Trevor Gruber, Brian Gruber, and Anthony Gaccione. Her great-grandchildren, Hayden Kelly and Lincoln Kelly, brought immense joy and laughter into her life.
In addition to her family, Rosemarie found joy in teaching line dancing, playing bingo, and crocheting. Her passion for these activities brought happiness to those around her and enriched the lives of all who had the pleasure of knowing her.
A private memorial service to celebrate Rosemarie's life will be held for immediate family. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the Lakehurst VFW Post 10061, 20 Union Avenue, Lakehurst, NJ 08733, in Rosemarie’s memory.
Rosemarie’s vibrant spirit, love, and cherished memories will forever remain in the hearts of those she touched. She will be remembered for her kindness, warmth, and the love she shared with all.
