William J. Parrish, 74, of Manchester, NJ, passed away on Friday July 13, 2012, at the Community Medical Center in Toms River, NJ. Born in Statesboro, GA, Willie has resided in Manchester since 1967.
Willie is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 51 years, Gloria Major Parrish, his children Willie Parrish, Terri Parrish and Dana Parrish, his grandchildren Stephanie Lugo, Troy Marshall, Shavelle Ortega, the late Kya Parrish, Rodinald Parrish, Ariele Parrish, Briana Parrish and Desera Parrish, his four great grandchildren, and his two sisters in law Margaret Major and Elmira Major, and brother in law Alfred Major. Willie is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be on Friday July 20, 2012, at the Harmony Ministry, 401 Chestnut Street, Lakehurst, NJ 08733, from 11 am-12 pm, with the service to start at 12pm. Entombment to follow at Ocean County Memorial Park, Toms River, NJ.
