Alfred 'Bus' Utt, 71, of Mansfield died early June 21, 2002 at his home after a long illness. He was born February 14, 1931 in Gilman, West Virginia and lived in Mansfield since 1950. Mr. Utt worked at Richland Brick, Mansfield Tire, Big Bear on Ashland Road, U Brand and Madison Schools.
He is survived by his wife, Joyce; three daughters and two sons-in-law Beverly & Tim Hanshaw, Pamela Utt, and Mary and Joe Perry, all of Mansfield; a son and daughter-in-law, Bill and Karen Utt of Mansfield; six grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Maxwell and Barbara Utt and Gary and Linda Utt, all of Mansfield; a sister and brother-in-law, Velma and Delbert Clutter of Mansfield; a sister-in-law, Mary Utt of Mansfield; several nieces and nephew; and his pals, Sissy and Bandit. He was preceded in death by his parents, James Bruce and Pearl Hosey Utt, and brothers, James Robert Utt, Charles Edward Utt and Parker Utt.
Friends may call at the Ontario Home of Wappner Funeral Directors two hours prior to funeral services that will be held Monday, June 24 at 1:30 p.m. Burial will follow in Mansfield Memorial Park.
