Anna Gibson

Anna M. Gibson, 36, of Mansfield died Wednesday, August 20, 2014. She was born August 18, 1978 in Mansfield and was an area homemaker her entire life. Anna and her husband have been together for over 20 years. Anna was loved by many and enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She also enjoyed reading, camping and fishing. Anna attended Peoples Baptist Church.

She is survived by her husband of 11 1/2 years, Joshua Gibson; children, Benjamin Reader-Gibson; Andrew Reader-Gibson, Stephen Reader-Gibson, Heavenlee Gibson and Shawn Searle; four brothers, Eric Osborn, Joseph Hooper, Devin Hooper and Brandon Hooper; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas Reader and Joanne Hafer Reeder.

The family will receive friends from 5-8 p.m. Tuesday, August 26, 2014 at Peoples Baptist Church, 223 Vanderbilt Rd., Mansfield. A memorial service will be held in the church Wednesday, August 27 at 10:00 a.m. with Pastor James Spencer officiating. Memorial contributions may be made to the family in care of the funeral home to help defray expenses. The Diamond Street Home of Wappner Funeral Directors is privileged to serve the family.
