He graduated from high school in Kentucky and then moved to Mansfield when he was 18. Billy moved to Bellville in 1958 and worked for Westinghouse Corp. for 40 years. He was a very loving, gentle man and the best dad, grandpa and husband.
Billy is survived by his loving wife of 68 years, Irene Watson. His greatest joys were his children, Cathy, Jack, Jim (Peggy) and Jerry (deceased). He also treasured his grandchildren, Cassy (Chris), Tony (deceased), John and Luke; and one great-grandson, Collin.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date. Wappner Cremation Center is privileged to serve the family.
