Cathy Jackson

Cathy Sharits Kenna Jackson died Thursday, January 20, 2011 in her home in Mansfield, Ohio. She was born to John and Anita Sharits on March 2, 1948 in Troy, Ohio. Cathy married Roy Jackson on August 8, 2009 and to this day, they were still on their honeymoon. Roy was her soul mate. Cathy was a wonderful mother to her only child, Rob. She loved the color red and that was reflected in her personality. She loved to laugh and spread joy to others. Her infectious joy charmed everyone. She will be greatly missed by family and friends.

Cathy is survived by her husband, Roy Jackson; his sons, Jeff Jackson, Bryan Jackson; her sisters and brothers-in-law, Barbara and Michael Hennessey, Dianna and Jerry Schieltz; her nephews and nieces, Todd and Kristen Cress, Erin and Chris Craft, Ned Hennessey, John Schieltz. She also had two great-nieces, Hayley Craft and Hannah Craft; and one great-nephew, Jack Cress. Cathy enjoyed her play time with the young ones. She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Anita Meyer Sharits, and her son, Robert Kenna.

A private service will held at the convenience of the family. The Ontario Home of Wappner Funeral Directors is privileged to serve the family of Mrs. Jackson.
