Charles N. Blair, 74, of Mansfield, died January 1, 2015. Born January 17, 1940 in Paintsville, KY, he was the son of Everett and Frankie (Woods) Blair. Charles served in the United States Air Force and went on to work in TV repair and later retired as an Aerospace Engineer for Goodyear. An avid reader, Charles also enjoyed traveling all over Mexico and ghost towns in the desert.
Surviving are his daughter, Teri (Jeff) Robinson of Meeker, OK; sons, Ted (Nikol) Blair of Sachse, TX and Scott (Heather) Blair of NJ; grandchildren, Brandon Robinson, Noel Blair, Summer Blair, Braxton Blair, and Paige Blair; great-grandchildren, Timothy Allwine and Hunter Ideus; brother, Doug Blair of Mansfield; sister-in-law, Barbara Blair of Hamilton; and nieces, Chris Blair and Andrea Batt.
Along with his parents, Charles was preceded in death by his son, Timothy Blair and brothers, Thomas and Ronald Blair.
There will be no services held at this time. The Diamond Street Home of Wappner Funeral Directors is privileged to serve the family of Charles N. Blair.
