Charlotte Wolfe

Charlotte L. Wolfe, 84, of Mansfield, died Sunday, January 11, 2009 at Lexington Court Care Center. Born July 6, 1924 in New Pittsburgh, Ohio, she was the daughter of S.A. Jennings and Anna E. Hemperly. Charlotte retired in 1988 from Design Metal Products. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends, playing BINGO, sewing, and especially cards and games.

She is survived by her children and their spouses, Madelynn Wolfe Sanchez of Mansfield, Diane Wolfe and James Evans of Pataskala, and Rich and Carol Wolfe of Mansfield; one grandson, Jeffrey Stacey Wolfe; two granddaughters, Lisa Sanchez and Katie Jane Wolfe; one great-great-grandson, Ian Wolfe; and life long friend, Helen Mlay. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Wolfe on October 9, 1984; son, Dale Martin "Marty" Wolfe on October 9, 1996; and her parents.

Funeral services will be held at 6 p.m. Wednesday January 14, 2009 at the Diamond Street Home of Wappner Funeral Directors, 98 S. Diamond Street, Mansfield conducted by Pastor Mark Dettmer. Friends may call from 4 to 6 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Private burial will be held at a later date in Mansfield Cemetery.
