Chelsie Anthony

Chelsie Renee Anthony, 11, of Mansfield, died unexpectedly Monday, November 1, 2004 in Children's Hospital, Columbus. She was born April 10, 1993 in Mansfield, to Bryan Anthony and Tammy Stephens Rand. Chelsie attended 6th grade at Madison South Elementary School, where she played drums in the band and sang in the choir. She enjoyed swimming, listening to music, and was a movie buff. She was a sweet, loving, caring girl full of energy who loved her friends.

She leaves to cherish her memory, her father, Bryan Anthony of Mansfield; stepmother, Stacie Clark of Mansfield; mother, Tammy Rand and her fiancé, Donald Pence of Mansfield; three sisters, Jaime Lynn Anthony, Amber Nichole Rand and Shawna Marie Rand, all of Mansfield; paternal grandparents, Boyd and Patricia Anthony of Mansfield; maternal grandparents, Robert and Carol Carpenter of Mansfield; step grandparents, James and Karen Clark of Shelby; great-grandparents, Keith and Martha Hebble of Plymouth; aunt, Pamela Taylor of Mansfield; two uncles, James Stephens of Florida and Mike Clark of Cincinnati; great-uncle, Pastor Walter Norris III of Mansfield; caregiver and good friend, Chris Cross of Mansfield; four cousins, Mandy Taylor and Eric Taylor of Bellville, Amanda Stephens and James Stephens of Florida; soon to be niece, Trinity Renee Cyrus; and beloved cat, Calsie. She was preceded in death by her great-grandparents and many important family members.

Friends may call at the Diamond Street Home of Wappner Funeral Directors, Friday, November 5 from 5-8 p.m. Funeral services will be held Saturday at 10:30 a.m. at the funeral home, conducted by Pastor Rich Rader. Burial will follow in Mansfield Cemetery.
