

Born October 26, 1953 in Vanceburg, Kentucky, he was the son of Charles King II and Mariam (Lewis) King. He was a veteran of the United States Air Force and was a sales manager for a car dealership in Columbus, Ohio. He was a member of Cornerstone Free Will Baptist Church. He was a very generous man who liked to talk and loved his family.
He is survived by his wife, Pat (Horn) King; four daughters, Debbie (Rick) Deems, Jeanette (Mike) McCorkle, Melissa Johnson and Denise (Ed) Finley; 11 grandchildren; four sisters, Sheila Neighbors, Patty (Jim) Bertka, Caroline (Richard) Skinner and Thelma (Kevin) Kearns; a brother, Jesse (Lorie) King; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Memorial services will be at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, October 11, 2012 at Cornerstone Free Will Baptist Church conducted by Dr. Freddy Dutton and Pastor John Johnson. Friends may call from 12:00 p.m. to the time of the service at the church on Thursday.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Cornerstone Freewill Baptist Church.
