

They say angels walk among us and I truly believe it...for Clyde Steward wasn't just a loving husband, father, brother, and grandpa, he was an inspiration to all that knew him! Clyde was always there to help everyone no matter the need!
On Saturday, April 25th, 2015, Clyde Steward, age 64, of Tiro, Ohio passed away unexpectedly at Bucyrus Community Hospital. He was born August 26, 1950 in Mansfield to Fred and Thelma Steward. Clyde retired from R&L as a truck driver and loved fishing and spending time with his family.
Clyde is survived by his loving wife of 44 years, Hazel Steward; four children, James Stevens of Butler, Clyde Stevens of Mansfield, Malinda (Beans) Willier of Mansfield, and Mary (Mark) Campbell of Tiro. Clyde is also survived by six grandchildren, Kristen and Kayla Stevens of Mansfield, Timothy and Eryn Dye of Tiro, Emily Campbell of Tiro, and Zoe Stevens of Mansfield; four great grandchildren; four brothers, Doug (Rita) Steward of Las Vegas, Nevada, Ocal (Janet) Steward of Greenwich, David (Cindy) Steward of Nova, and Dennis (Melinda) Steward of Nova; two sisters, Connie Steward Miller of Tiro and Cindy (Dave) Neeley of North Fairfield; and many nieces and nephews.
Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Fred Steward, Jr.
There will be no calling hours or services held. Wappner Funeral Directors is honored to serve the family of Clyde Steward.
