Cynthia "Cindy" L. Wade, 68, of Crestline, passed away early Friday morning, January 19, 2018, at her home. She was born September 10, 1949, in Charleston, West Virginia, to the late Herman M. Walker and Betty Lou (Fields) Smith.
Cindy was a hardworking woman who often held multiple jobs at the same time. Not afraid to speak her mind, she had a wonderful, giving spirit and gave all she had to her family to ensure they knew how much each and every one of them meant to her. She worked for over 20 years at Citrus World in Florida, where she was a lab technician. Cindy loved all things Elvis and listening to Gospel music. She enjoyed spending her free time playing Bingo, completing crossword puzzles and paint by number paintings.
She is survived by a daughter, Kellie (Edwin) Briner; three grandchildren, Morgan Jarrell, Gary Angell and Jamie (Mark) Thoman; and one great-granddaughter, Issebella Thoman. In addition to her parents, she is survived by her husband of 22 years and true soulmate, Edward Gary Wade who passed away in 1995; and two siblings, Sharon Smiley and Dayton "Butch" Walker.
There will be no services or visitation at this time. The Diamond Street Home of Wappner Funeral Directors is privileged to serve the family.
