David W. Nesbitt, 42 of Mansfield died Sunday January 14, 2001 at MedCentral Mansfield following a brief illness. Mr. Nesbitt was born April 7, 1958 in Hollywood, California residing in the Mansfield area for the past 22 years. He was employed at the Living Bible Museum and a member of Diamond Hill Cathedral. David was an avid outdoorsman.
Surviving are his wife, Cathy Nesbitt; one son, Steven and his companion, Kozetta of Mansfield; four grandchildren, Colton, Skie, Trevor and Breanna; his mother, Billie Ann Tanner Nesbitt of Columbia, South Carolina; two sisters, Jeanette Nesbitt Campion of Jamestown, New York; and Lori Nesbitt Myers of Clarkston, Washington; and one brother, Wesley T. Nesbitt of Columbia, South Carolina. He was preceded in death by his father, William G. Nesbitt.
Friends may call at the Diamond Hill Cathedral 500 Tingley Ave. Mansfield one hour prior to funeral services which will be held on Tuesday January 16, 2001 at 1:00 p.m. conducted by the church. Burial will be in Mansfield Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the church. Wappner Funeral Directors are handling arrangements.
