
Dyce Anthony 'Tony' Kopcial, age 51, Mansfield, Ohio, died Friday August 24, 2007 in MedCentral Mansfield Hospital. He was born February 17, 1956, in Mansfield to the late Dyce J. and Patricia Ealy Kopcial. Tony was the former owner operator of Big Daddy's Drive Thru, Lake Erie Landscaping and yes now, snow removal service. He graduated from Mansfield Senior High School in 1974. He was a member of the FOP Association and The Veterans of Foreign Wars. Mr. Kopcial served his country honorably in the U.S. Army.
Surviving are his son, Joel Kopcial of Montana; his daughter, Emily Kopcial of Perrysburg, Ohio; and their mother, Ginger Koozer of Mansfield; his brother Stephen Kopcial of Ontario; two sisters, Beth Gary Riggleman of Bellville and Barbara Ronald Frazier of Weller Township; three nephews, R. Jeff Heather Frazier of Ontario, Sgt. Andrew Emily Frazier of Fort Irwin, Cal. and Joseph Frazier of Weller Township and several aunts, uncles and cousins, especially close friend and Uncle 'H' Henry Kopcial.
Friends may call Wednesday, August 29 from 5-8 p.m. at the Diamond Street Home of Wappner Funeral Directors with a Vigil Service at 7:30 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be conducted Thursday at 10:30 a.m. at St. Peter's Catholic Church conducted by Fr. Tony Borgia. Private family burial will be in Mansfield Catholic Cemetery at a later date where military graveside rites will be observed. Memorial contributions may be made in lieu of flowers to the United Way.
