Esther Ella Anna Parge Wells, 83, died Monday morning, May 21, 2001. Mrs. Wells was born February 23, 1918 in Richland County, Ohio. She was employed at Westinghouse in the early 40's. Mrs. Wells was a member of St. John's United Church of Christ.
She is survived by one daughter, Joyce Wells of Mansfield; a niece, Justina Murphy of Mansfield; and several additional nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Louis Ohio & Bernice Dale Rodocker Parge; her husband, Raymond E. Wells; and two sisters, Martha Sobek and Evelyn Parge.
Graveside services will be held Tuesday at 1:00 p.m. at Mansfield Cemetery conducted by Rev. Lon McSherley. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association or the American Heart Fund. The Diamond Street Home of Wappner Funeral Directors is assisting the family with arrangements.
