Frank was born on May 15, 1954 in Mansfield, Ohio. He was the son of Gene and Charlotte (Guiher) Daugherty. Frank lived in Mansfield all of his life. He was a 1972 graduate of Madison High School where he played basketball and was known for his ability to jump. Frank was previously employed at Newman Technology, and retired from Ohio Valley Stamping. He married the love of his life, Cheryl Peace and together they built a wonderful life sharing 41 years of marriage. In life, Frank recognized the importance that laughter played, and was always trying to make people laugh. Frank loved poker and golfing.
He is survived by his wife, Cheryl Daugherty; his children, Megan and Nick Daugherty; his grandchild, Lana Fisher; his siblings, Ben (Linda) Daugherty, Mike (Carol) Daugherty, and Jo Daugherty; many nieces and nephews; sister-in-law, Cathy Patton; and brother-in-law, Dan (Kera) Peace.
