Hazel M. Myers, 94, of 1496 Paradise View died Thursday morning, December 7, 2000 at MedCentral/Shelby after a brief illness. Mrs. Myers was born September 15, 1906 in Millersburg, Ohio living in the Mansfield area most of her life. She retired from Dominion Electric and had worked at Mansfield Tire. She enjoyed crocheting and working in her garden. Mrs. Myers was a strong, kind lady.
She was survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Blair & Daisy Myers of Shelby; two grandsons, Stanley and Tim Myers, both of Mansfield; three granddaughters, Judy Kennard of Shelby, Lois Forward of Minnesota, and Lynn Bridgewater of Illinois; and numerous great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Blair Frank Myers; one son, Tom Myers; one brother; and three sisters.
Friends may call at the Ontario Home of Wappner Funeral Directors Sunday from 2-6:00 p.m. Funeral services will be Monday at 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home conducted by Pastor Arthur Kennard. Burial will be in Mansfield Cemetery.
