

Mr. James (Jim) D. Watt, was born March 17, 1938, to Dale and Ethel Watt, and passed away at home on October 19, 2016 after a long illness due to complications from Alzheimer's. He was surrounded by family and friends.
Jim graduated from Mansfield Senior High School in 1956. He loved to travel and ride his motorcycle and loved spending time with friends and family. He spent many years of his career at Ideal Electric of Mansfield, as well as the Hallmark Company. His travels led him to residing in Florida for several years as well.
He is survived by his loving wife of nearly 25 years, Judy Constance Watt; children, Dale (Michele) Watt of Mansfield, Steve (Kathy) Watt of Pennsylvania, Mike Kolmansberger of Mansfield, Jennifer (Watt) Hunter of Virginia, Michelle (John) McNeese of Florida, and Kim Kolmansberger of South Carolina; plus numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Also surviving are a sister, Phyllis Cornell; and family friends, Ron and Mary Wilkinson. He was preceded in death by his parents, as well as two sisters, Donna Berger and Hilda Armstrong.
Jim was quite the character and well known for his sense of humor and quick wit. He was truly loved and will be greatly missed by friends and family.
Internment will take place in a private ceremony. The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to Hospice of North Central Ohio, 1050 Dauch Drive, Ashland, OH 44805. Wappner Cremation Center is privileged to serve the family.
