Janet M. McKinley, 78 of Mansfield died June 1, 2000 at Oak Grove Manor following a six month illness. Mrs. McKinley was born March 4, 1922 in Mansfield being a life long resident. She retired from White Westinghouse and was a 1940 graduate of Mansfield Senior High School. Mrs. McKinley was a veteran of United States Navy serving during World War II.
Surviving are one granddaughter, Erin L. McKinley of Mansfield; two sisters, Jean McClelland and Delee Them both of Mansfield; two brothers, Robert and Rexford Bucher both of Mansfield. She was preceded in death by her parents, Benjamin J. and Hazel M. Bucher; her husband, Ray E. McKinley; one son, Kelton R. McKinley and one brother, Gaylord Bucher.
Friends may call at the Ontario Home of Wappner Funeral Directors on Sunday from 1-4 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Monday at 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home conducted by Pastor Keith Bond from Cornerstone Christian Fellowship of Johnsville, Ohio. Burial will be in Mansfield Memorial Park.
