
Janice Lou Kelley, 69 of Mansfield residing at Twin Oaks Care Center died Friday October 22, 1999 following an extended illness. Mrs. Kelley was born June 28, 1930 in Newark, Ohio residing in the Mansfield area most of her life. Mrs. Kelley owned her own hair styling Salon, 'The Setting Room' for many years and subsequently, her own interior design studio, until falling ill. Surviving are her husband whom she married in 1948, Robert Kelley; her mother, Annabelle Uffner Conner of Newark, Ohio; one daughter, Kathy Friend of Mansfield; two sons and daughters-in-law, Jeff & Mauri Kelley of Overland Park, Kansas; and Lincoln & Lisa Kelley of Columbus, Ohio; five grandchildren, Todd Friend, Adam Friend, Angela Kelley, Erin Kelley and Jared Kelley; and one sister, Marcia Larson of Columbus, Ohio. She was preceded in death by her father, Paul Hand. Graveside services will be held on Tuesday October 26, 1999 at 11:00 a.m. at Cedar Hill Cemetery in Newark, Ohio. Memorial services will be held on Tuesday October 26, 1999 at 7:00 p.m. at the Diamond Street Home of Wappner Funeral Directors conducted by the Rev. Carl Cunfer.
