Jason Scott McMillen, 41, of Mansfield, passed away Saturday, February 6, 2016. He was born November 6, 1974, in Mansfield, Ohio.Jason is the beloved son of Larry and Trudy McMillen and is survived by a brother, Brian McMillen and his dog, Mindy Nite.At Jason's request, there will be no services or visitation observed.
