Jeffery S. Kurbad, 47, of Mansfield died unexpectedly, Monday evening, August 12, 2002 at Ohio State University Hospital. Mr. Kurbad was born July 24, 1955 in Crestline, Ohio and lived in the Mansfield area as well as Baytown, Texas. Jeff was a 1973 graduate of Madison High School. He was employed as a meat cutter with Brown Derby Roadhouse Restaurant.
He is survived by his mother, Mitchiko Kurbad of Mansfield; a brother, Bradley 'Tommy' Kurbad of Mansfield; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Sandra and Jim Kennedy of Baytown, Texas and Jackie and Richard West of Mansfield; eight nieces and nephews; twelve great-nieces and nephews; and a sister-in-law, Ginny Kurbad of Baytown, Texas. He was preceded in death by his father, Clifford D. Kurbad; brother, Dennis D. Kurbad; sister, Nancy S. Moore; and a brother-in-law, Merle M. Moore.
Friends may call at the Ontario Home of Wappner Funeral Directors, one hour prior to funeral services that will begin at 10:30 a.m., Friday, August 16 conducted by Rev. David Sipes. Burial will follow in Mansfield Memorial Park. Memorial contributions may be made in care of the family.
