Joe was a proud veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps and was awarded with a purple heart. He retired from the Mansfield Fire Department after 20 years of service. Joe was always good at sports and loved bowling, waterskiing and riding his motorcycle.
He is survived by his brother, Mike (Anne) Brandt; sister, Patti (Ron) Hess; two nieces and nephew, Alexa, Casey and Bradley; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents.
No services will be held at this time. The Diamond Street Home of Wappner Funeral Directors is honored to served the family.
