

Judy Ann Morgan, 71, passed away Monday, September 10, 2012 at Sentara Northern Virginia Medical Center in Woodbridge, Virginia. She was born May 9, 1941 in Mansfield to Latzi and Rose (Grassel) Tomits.
Judy graduated from St. Peter’s High School where she was a straight-A student. Throughout the years, she enjoyed making Easter candy for the church. Judy adored children and spending time with her children and grandchildren brought her much joy. She enjoyed sewing, baking, crafts, crossword puzzles, online word games, playing Scrabble and watching Law and Order.
She was an avid Cleveland Indians and NASCAR racing fan. Holidays were very important to Judy and she loved coordinating outfits and accessories to achieve just the right look, along with using her skills as a hairdresser. In her spare time, she enjoyed trips to Lake Erie and Lake Anna.
She is survived by her mother, Rose Grassel Tomits; six children, Greg (Trina) Morgan, Mike Morgan, Cindy (Bob) Schmatz, Carla (Jeff) Schwein, Cheryl Kincaid and Andrew Morgan; eight grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; brother, John (Mary-Ann) Tomits; sister, Carol Dropsey; and many nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her father, Latzi Tomits; grandson, Andrew Morgan; brother-in-law, Phil Dropsey.
Friends and family may visit from 6-8 p.m. Friday, September 14, 2012 at the Ontario Home of Wappner Funeral Directors, 100 S. Lexington-Springmill Rd. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday at 10:00 a.m. at St. Peter’s Catholic Church, 104 W. First St., Mansfield. Burial will be in Mansfield Catholic Cemetery.
