Karen was always willing to help anyone. She loved to laugh and have a good time.
She is survived by a son, Danny (Nikki) Fannin of Thomasville, Georgia; two daughters, Loretta Curry and Kay Fannin (Bo Simones) both of Mansfield; grandchildren, Ashley Curry, Michael Curry, Morgan Fannin, Arizona Hess, Aubre Fannin, Phoenix Fannin, Danny Ray Fannin and Ayden Fannin; brothers, James (Bev) Cox and Clinton Cox; two sisters, Kay (Chris) Bower and Viola Dininger; numerous nieces and nephews; and a special friend, Betty Jo Adkins.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Patricia Fannin and a son, David Fannin.
Friends may call from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. Friday, January 13, 2017 at the Diamond Street Home of Wappner Funeral Directors, 98 S. Diamond Street, Mansfield. Funeral services will be held at 9:30 a.m. Saturday, January 14, 2017 at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Mansfield Cemetery.
