She was born on September 28, 1956, in Mansfield, Ohio. Love was a press operator at Design Metals, where she built many friendships with co-workers she cherished.
Outside of work, Love found her greatest happiness in the sunshine. She loved spending time in the swimming pool, relaxing at the beach, and basking in the warmth of the sun. Those moments brought her peace and reflected her bright, radiant personality. She also had a passion for cooking and expressed her love through the meals she prepared for family and friends. Her kitchen was a place of comfort, laughter, and togetherness.
Love leaves behind her husband whom she married on December 25, 1983, Floyd Hays; and her siblings, Allan Amstutz, Ms. Oreo, and Ahab (Kathy) Cates. She was preceded in death by her mother, Loretta Rust; her sister, Anna Hoffman; and her grandparents, Virgil and Geraldine Cates.
There will be no public services observed. Wappner Funeral Directors-Mansfield is honored to serve the family.
