Marjorie Wolf

Marjorie G. Wolf, 93, of Mansfield, died early Tuesday morning, March 6, 2007, at MedCentral Mansfield Hospital. Born October 16, 1913 in Richland County, to Tracy and Nellie Clever Gongwer. She graduated from The Ohio State University with a teaching degree and was a retired Ohio schoolteacher primarily teaching in Oberlin. She was a member of St. Luke's Lutheran Church.

Survivors include her son, Dr. Tracy Kathy Wolf of Maple Grove, Minnesota; three grandchildren, Joel Carrie, Joshua and Rebecca Wolf of Minnesota; two nieces, Donna Joe O'Brien of Mansfield and Carol Jim VanArsdale of Huron, OH; brother-in-law, Harold F. Worner of Mansfield; and six great-nieces and nephews, Brad VanArsdale, Amy Burgstresser, Jill Cockerell, Tim, Beth, and Jeff O'Brien. Preceding her in death is her husband, Richard C. Wolf, parents and sister, Evelyn Worner.

Funeral services will be Saturday, March 10 at 2:00 p.m. at the Diamond Street Home of Wappner Funeral Directors with Rev. Dawn Donato officiating. Friends may call one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Bellville Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Luke's Lutheran Church or St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
