

Ralph L. White, 79 of Mansfield, died Sunday February 20, 2005 at MedCentral Mansfield Hospital after an extended illness. Born August 12, 1925 in Mansfield, he was the son of Ralph and Bessie Marguerite Sweval White. He worked at Dominion Electric until they closed and then worked at Thronton Polishing until his illness.
He is survived by his wife, Eileen Skovranek White; two daughters and a son-in-law, Charlotte and Michael Peerenboom of Mansfield, and Constance Letizia of Rock Hill, South Carolina; two sons, Thomas White of Mansfield, and Keith White of Kentucky; one step daughter and a son-in-law, Ivy and Bud Craft of Lucas; ten grandchildren, Michelle Ted Wood, David Faith Peerenboom, Jennifer Paul Hasenauer, Brian Brenda White, Jonathan Carrie White, Anthony Lisa White, Thomas Brenda White, Christina Roger Barnes, Chelsey Craft, and Cameron Craft; seven great grandchildren; two sisters and a brother-in-law, Evelyn and Trent Dill, and Marjoria Hanna, all of Mansfield; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Ruth Snavely and Naomi White; and three brothers, Harold, Vernon, and Robert White.
Friends may call from 3 to 5 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday February 23, 2005 at the Diamond Street Home of Wappner Funeral Directors. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home with Father Herb Weber officiating. Burial will follow in Mansfield Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
