Randolph 'Randy' Bush, 51, of Mansfield died unexpectedly Saturday December 15, 2001 at his home. Randy was born October 22, 1950 in Mansfield and lived in the area all his life. Randy was a member of the VFW Post #3494, and The Sons of Italy. He enjoyed the outdoors, camping in Mohican, sitting on Mount Geez at Malabar, and mushroom hunting. He loved mushroom hunting so much that his friends called him the 'Mushroom King.' Randy was a United States Marine serving in Vietnam from 1970- 1971.
Surviving are three daughters and one son-in-law; Shannon and Brian Frame of Mansfield, Jessica Bush of Mt. Vernon, and Amber Bush of Mt. Vernon; one brother and sister-in-law, Curtiss and Jennifer Bush of Mansfield; one sister, Charmaine Mosier of Mansfield; his father Phillip Bright of Mansfield; a step father, Donald Bush of Mansfield; and aunt Bonnie Elliott of Rittman, Ohio; and a host of nieces, nephews and good friends. Randy was preceded in death by his mother, Ruth Wareham Simmons, and an infant son Randy Bush.
