Tracy Alan Huffman

Tracy was born in Mansfield, Ohio on August 14, 1959, the youngest of the three children of Paul and Leona Hetler Huffman. Tracy was a 1978 graduate of Madison High School where he met the love of his life, Linda Gerich. High school sweethearts that blossomed into 46 years of blissful marriage. A passionate worker and good handyman, Tracy worked for Abbott Labs as a set-up man. He loved taking road trips with Linda, often surprising her on a whim. His oasis was his home that he took great pride using his skillful hand to beautifully landscape and relaxing in his hot tub. Tracy was a teddy bear at heart who loved to have fun like a kid. He had a great collection of die-cast toys, and some of his favorite memories were playing with remote control cars with his sons. Tracy loved animals and adored his two dogs; grand-horse, Elvis and his two grand dogs.

Tracy is survived by his wife, Linda Huffman; son, Michael (Jessica) Huffman; grandchildren: MaKenna and Bryan Huffman; his mother and father-in-law, Josef and Mary Ann Gerich; and his brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Joe Gerich, Pam Gerich, MaryAnn (Kirk) Becthel, Jack (Mia) Gerich, Jeff (Jann) Gerich and Danny (Gina) Gerich; and many loving nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; his son, Paul Huffman, and dog Rocco.

Family will have a celebration of life at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to the family. Advantage Funeral and Cremation Services by Wappner is honored to serve the Huffman family.
