Troy D. Combs, 32, died Tuesday evening, August 2, 2001, at Marion General Hospital after a brief illness. He was born January 10, 1969, to Jack Combs and Sheila Beach in Mansfield. Troy attended Marion Technical College where he was studying accounting. He was an avid NASCAR enthusiast.
He is survived by his daughter, Nicole Mae Combs of Mansfield; mother, Sheila Smith of Mansfield; sister and brother-in-law, Barbara and David Jackson of Mansfield; brother, Jack Combs of Mansfield; fiancee', Barbara Dewitt of Marion; two nephews; three nieces; and a number of aunts, uncles and cousins.
Friends may call at the Diamond Street Home of Wappner Funeral Directors one hour prior to memorial services to be held Monday, August 6 at the funeral home at 7:00 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made in care of the family.
