Virginia Kinney

Virginia L. Kinney, 63, of Mansfield died Monday, May 21, 2001 after an extended illness. She was born October 3, 1937, to Ohlen and Ella Slone Hylton in Wayland, Kentucky. Mrs. Kinney was a homemaker and enjoyed playing bingo with her friends.

Survivors include her mother, Ella Williams of Sarasota, Florida; her husband, Gerald of Mansfield; three sons and one daughter-in-law, Loy and Rachelle Brown, Anthony Brown and Nick Brown, all of Mansfield; one daughter and son-in-law, Sunday and Richard Fraley of Mansfield; one step-son, Gary Kinney of Cleveland; one step-daughter, Tina Kinney of Youngstown, Ohio; two brothers, Max Hylton of Mansfield and Danny Williams of Sarasota, Florida; ten grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren. Her father and her first husband, Loy Brown, Jr, preceded her in death.

Friends may call at the Diamond Street Home of Wappner Funeral Directors on Wednesday, May 23, from 6-9 p.m. and also one hour prior to funeral services which will be held on Thursday, May 24 at 1:30 p.m. at the funeral home conducted by Pastor Paul Kandel of the Church of Wooster. Burial will be in Mansfield Memorial Park.
