
William "Bill" Willard Cline, 59, of Mansfield, died Sunday, December 27, 2009, at home with his family by his side. Born February 13, 1950, in Lodi, he was the son of William Woodrow and Eva Mae Gantz Cline. A veteran of the United States Army, he had worked for Tube City IMS as a crane operator for 12 years. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, watching the Brown's and the Buckeye's, visiting Las Vegas and playing Texas Hold Em. A family man, Bill enjoyed his children and grandchildren and his two little dogs, Maverick and Bella.
Surviving are his wife, Vickie Burriss Cline; his children, Eva Marie Cline of Mansfield, Genoia Jeremy Davis of Mansfield, William Meghan Cline of Mansfield and Stacy Price of Creston, OH; grandchildren, Karisa, Veronica and Makenzi Cline, Ezra and Evan Davis, Elijah and Madison Cline and Emily and Makenzie Price; a sister, Bonnie Donnie Avery of Creston; a niece, Missy Luntzford of Creston; his father-in-law, Bob Burriss of Vanceburg, KY; his mother-in-law, Genoia Burriss of Mansfield; and numerous brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Friends may call from 5-8 p.m. Wednesday, December 30, 2009, at the Ontario Home of Wappner Funeral Directors, 100 S. Lexington-Springmill Road, Mansfield, OH 44906. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home conducted by Rev. Clifford E. Tackett.
