Chanse left this world on September 13th at the tender age of 29 to be with our heavenly father. He was a beloved dad, son, grandson, brother, nephew, uncle, and friend. He will be truly missed by his son Adam, mother Gina, grandmother Shirley, sister Brittany (Rene), Aunt Anita , Uncles Gary, Marvin and Frank, along with cousins, nieces, a nephew and many friends. He will forever live in our hearts.
